1. Order
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you contact us before 2:00 PM on the day of the order, we are generally able to change the order. However, we cannot guarantee anything as it depends on whether the package has already been delivered.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email with a tracking link to DAO's own tracking page, where you can follow your order.

If you have entered your phone number correctly when ordering, you will also receive an SMS when the order has been delivered or ready for pickup.

2. Payment
Is it safe to pay by credit card on your website?

Yes, it is. We have implemented 3-D Secure technology for increased online security when paying with credit cards. This includes methods such as Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check, which are compatible with Danish payment cards. This ensures that your online card transactions are protected from unauthorized access.

Our website is also SSL certified, which means that visitor data is protected via an encrypted connection. This ensures the confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of the transmitted data.

How are VAT and duties handled?

VAT and any taxes are included in all prices on our website.

When paying, you can see the value for VAT and any taxes specified before you pay.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes, you can. If you would like an invoice, please write to us at support@elita.dk

Remember to provide your order number and possibly your CVR number if it is a company.

3. Delivery
How much does delivery cost?

The shipping price depends on your choice at checkout. In Denmark, the shipping price is as follows:


Package shop DKK 39.00
Private with delivery DKK 47.00

All orders over DKK 300.00 have free shipping to parcel shop.
All orders over DKK 500.00 have free shipping with delivery.

How long is the delivery time?

If you order before 3:00 PM, the order will be shipped the same day. If you order later, it will be shipped the next day at the latest. Delivery time is typically 1-3 days.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We deliver with DAO, where you can choose both home and package delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to parcel shops on all orders over DKK 300 and free shipping to your home on all orders over DKK 500.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Denmark.

Will there be customs duties on my order?

Depending on your country, customs duties may vary. Please check this before ordering.

Am I insured if the package does not arrive?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow the delivery process. Should you not receive your package, you will of course receive a full refund or a new shipment.

4. Returns and complaints
What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day return policy on all products. In order to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. If you wish to return something, please send an email to support@elita.dk with the subject "Returns" and we will help you from there.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item within 100 days of receipt, please send an email to support@elita.dk with the subject "Returns" and briefly describe why you wish to return the product. We will then get back to you with the further process. Remember that the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What do I do if my item is defective or damaged?

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please send an email to support@elita.dk with the subject "Complaint". Please attach pictures of the damage and your order number so that we can help you with a solution more quickly. We follow the Danish Sales Act's rules on complaints and will of course help you get the item exchanged or your money back.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds will be made via the same method you used to complete the order. For example, if you paid with your VISA card, the money will be refunded to the same VISA card.

If you have changed banks since your purchase, we can still refund via account and registration number.

  • In the event of a return, the refund will be made as soon as the order has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • In the event of damage/defects where you do not want a replacement product, the return will take place as soon as we have concluded that the product is actually damaged/defective.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

The majority of our products are generally always in stock.

  • If a product is not in stock, it will either be listed as sold out or as a pre-order.
  • If the product is out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email when the product is back in stock.
  • If the product is available for pre-order, you can complete the purchase and receive the product when it is back in stock. The money will only be deducted once the item has been shipped.

We can offer your club logo on the products, but it depends on the product and the order size. Write to us and we will look into the possibilities.
